The perfect combination of roasting and drying time brings out more complex flavors and oils of our Medium Roast. This careful balance produces a medium body with a slightly nutty yet even flavor profile with every batch.

There’s no middle man or large retailer with Cayetano Coffee – every batch of roasted beans comes straight from our family farm to your table. Our roasting process is different from typical mass produced coffee. We use a single-origin, premium Arabica bean instead of blends from different regions. Because of our proprietary process, the flavor profiles of our roasts are consistent with each small batch.
