Our unroasted Arabica beans are produced through natural processes our family has been following for years – producing the highest quality coffee beans Mexico has to offer. From a remote family coffee plantation to your kitchen table, we take pride in a single bean we’ve put our family name behind for generations.
Our single-origin Arabica beans are grown on untouched, pure soil that has been inaccessible to anyone but the Cayetano family for generations. We don’t use pesticides, insecticides, or irrigation for our coffee plants. Our beans are nourished by sunlight and rainfall and are carefully cultivated by members of our family.
There’s no middle man or large retailer with Cayetano Coffee – every batch of roasted beans comes straight from our family farm to your table. Our roasting process is different from typical mass produced coffee. We use a single-origin, premium Arabica bean instead of blends from different regions. Because of our proprietary process, the flavor profiles of our roasts are consistent with each small batch.
While typical washed coffee beans take around three days to dry, our specialized process helps us keep all the flavor in the bean through patio drying, where natural sunlight dries the bean over the span of close to three weeks on our family plantation. The end result? Incredible, flavorful beans with a distinct profile. For the Cayetano family, slow and steady wins the race.
Cayetano Coffee – a family legacy for over 50 years. Only the purest, shade-grown Arabica beans are cultivated to produce a coffee good enough to place our family name behind it for generations. Our single-origin, locally sourced coffee comes from land untouched for centuries. With every cup, you’ll enjoy a smooth, irresistible flavor that carries the perfect balance of sweetness and acidity.
