Green Beans

We produce between 35,000 to 40,000 pounds of green coffee beans every year. Since they are raw and unroasted, they maintain their natural and rich earthy, nutty flavor. You can either roast at home or use as a sample batch to create your own flavor profile.

While typical washed coffee beans take around three days to dry, our specialized process helps us keep all the flavor in the bean through patio drying, where natural sunlight dries the bean over the span of close to three weeks on our family plantation. The end result? Incredible, flavorful beans with a distinct profile. For the Cayetano family, slow and steady wins the race.
